OMG Aly! Who knew that rather evil look she gave Taylor all those years ago would have meant something this far out. Based on how she's acting about Wyatt who has done nothing to her I can't wait until she runs into Taylor in Paris! I knew there would be more to this character but I never expected this and I never expected it to unfold so quickly.

I gotta say, I saw the makeover, LOL! The blonder hair, the eye makeup, the little black dress, but the ... problem! The ... "violence". AFTER the bullying .... !  ? Why did Aly leave college? Is there more to this than we know? Is Wyatt safe? (I say, yes.) but is Steffy? Taylor??? |

Can someone fill me in on Aly real quick ? She has anger issues I guess, who knew that. Wow today she looked awesome, her hair, eyes... very pretty. Are they turning her into a bad girl, she almost went crazy when she saw Wyatt with Hope. Have to wait till tomorrow to see what happens. She has been so sweet, I did not know she has a hidden past. I am looking forward to this, I really like her and want to see more.
I also want to see her with Liam. |

Aly's mother was Darla, a sweet woman who married Thorn many years ago. When Aly was just a small child, maybe 4, her mother stopped by the side of a busy road to help Steffy's twin with a flat tire. Phoebe had called her mom, Taylor, who went to to help but had been drinking, didn't see [or expect] Darla to be at the side of the road changing the tire, and hit her. Darla died from her injuries. Taylor and Thorn entered into a relationship born of mutual grief [because Taylor really did feel horrible] but Aly, even at that tender age was completely nasty to Taylor. The relationship broke up, Aly got sent away to school and we hadn't seen her since. Obviously there have been rather severe emotional scars! Who is bullying her or why is a mystery to me. She did look great yelling at Wyatt though.

Well, now we know that Aly was bullied for being a nerd. If I were Taylor I'd stay in the states while Aly is in Paris because Aly has a lot more issues than being bullied in school. I found it odd that she so despises Wyatt for keeping Hope from being pure but seems to be OK with Thomas, Taylor's son, and a man who attempted to kill Rick...twice when he was younger!

I wonder if this is how they will get rid of Taylor once and for all? Ally will do her in? Ally is a dispensable character, Taylor is loved by many. But iof the producers do not want to replace Hunter(which I feel she is replaceable) this would be a good way to do it.

I'm watching the dynamic with Wyatt. He's rather certain of what he's dealing with in Aly. Makes me wonder if he's seen this sort of thing before...with mom.

In fact I'm beginning to think they knew all along they would bring her back for the Aly story as sort of a surprise. I'm wondering if Thorn and she will pick up again as a couple trying to set Aly back on the straight and narrow. |

I'm beginning to think this has less to do with Wyatt than it does with Hope. Aly sort of idealizes her. Like she did mom?
And along comes Wyatt to sully that good girl image. Maybe this will be a story about obsession! After all, she loved her mother, lost her mother, and then CUT UP TAYLOR'S WEDDING DRESS when Taylor was about to marry Thorne.
Maye she goes all out to get Wyatt who is "ruining" Hope? I am banking on Bill to have the "heads up" on this one. When he finds out.

It's also going to be interesting to see what Quinn does with this. Aly was her go-to girl to keep Liam from messing with Wyatt and Hope. Well now that go-to girl is messing more than Liam could have ever thought to!

Maybe Quinn is the one to control Aly, get Wyatt and Hope stay happy, convince Bill that this is just a "romantic bump" and then go in for the kill if Aly does something to Hope, the one she really idolizes!!!! |
