Yesterday's show...
Nick, Victoria and Victor are all upset that Victor didn't tell anyone about Adam being the one who (supposedly) killed Delia.
Neither Nick or Victoria brings up the fact that if Victor had come clean then Adam would have been in the police barracks and Billy wouldn't
have ended up almost killed because of taking matters into his own hands!!
Once again, writing is ridiculous.
IMHO: Billy could have prevented the whole thing by taking Adam to the police station. Adam asked Billy, several times, to take him to the
police station, but Billy refused.

Imo, Billy could have prevented Delia's death by being a responsible parent and not leaving her alone in a car in the dark by a highway. He could have been responsible when he suspected Adam, by going to the police. Adam was going to the police on his own. What Adam may have done was an accident caused by a neglectful parent leaving a child alone. What Billy did was illegal and intentional. He took a person by holding a gun to their head, then shot them and caused an accident that may have led to a death. So, let Billy take ownership of his crimes against Adam. He has not taken responsibility for his neglectful action that left his daughter dead. Billy like so many others including Victor and Nick cannot take the truth about their own crimes.

I think Victor should be in the slammer for withholding info from the police.
Jack is not liable for the one model giving Summer the drugs. Victor however is guilty of withholding evidence.
Billy was someone at fault for De's death. Him being a male didn't think did he. I have seen many people run into a 7-11 or gas station with their child left alone in the car. So that's why Im cutting billy boy some slack.

IMO the way this should have been written was not for Billy to bond with Kelly...but Adam. Both men anguished about the death of a child because of their mistakes...Billy's having left Delia in the car and Adam having not realized he hit her. Imagine how much more dramatic and complex the subtleties of having Billy and Adam bond would have been. Even better if both had been able to find comfort in being with Dash...the last living creature to be with Delia alive. Victor, Jack, Nick, Nikki, Victor and Chloe would all have been drawn into a reluctant sharing of two men who did not like or respect each other but were able to feel each other's pain. And Chelsea, Kevin, Dylan and by extension Avery would all have had a part to play. It could have been a great storyline.
