Notice how the past few weeks just about everyone in GC has had a run in with Ian and he manipulated each one into threatening him in front of at least one witness. Soon he will be found dead and we will have months of "who of all the suspects killed Ian?". There are so few soap opera plots it seems and this one is a favorite.

Ian is very diabolical and conniving and he knows practically everyone in GC hates his guts. So, he decides to fake his death and leave town, but not before making a list of suspects. Unfortunately, to Ian's horror, someone decides to make his plan a reality. And, since so many people (Nikki, Dylan, Victor, Paul, Avery, Leslie, to name a few) hate Ian, this will turn into one of those "Whodunit" mysteries.
I'm thinking the murderer could turn out to be his ex-wife, who kills after she finds out Ian is still married to the wife he deserted many years ago - Doris Collins...

I have been wondering that myself ~ whose going to kill Ian!!
(Sometime during the winter I read where Ian is supposed to be Sharon's father and that Doris was her mother!!
OK, then if that is or will be a possibility then Sharon could be a twin or Sharon had twins didn't know about it and Ian raised Mariah himself!!
How in the world could Ian find a girl to look exactly like Cassie ~ if she wasn't related to him by either daughter or grand-daughter??
Not to long ago Ian did ask Mariah if she had seen her mother yet!!
( I guess Doris Collins??)
I think it will be Doris Collins who kills Ian, we hardly ever see her and once she does kill Ian we won't see her again!!

Ian is just another David Chow, IMO. He's there to give Victor a hero storyline, LOL.

Since Ian's ex-wife seems to be telling secrets on him, maybe she will be the person to tell that Paul is Dylan's Dad!!
Maybe she has enough of his nonsense to kill him ~ but their seems to be a lot of other people that want him dead too!!

I think Dylan being Paul's is probably a done deal. It will create problems for Nikki and Victor as well as Christine and Paul. I'm thinking that LB is a Bell and JFP is probably looking for a storyline generated way to get rid of her. I can already see Christine in tears, telling Paul to live his life with his newly found child...not to continue trying to make one with her. She'll tell him to bond with Nikki and Dylan and move on with his new family, LOL!
I like Ray Wise very much but I think Ian's storyline is rather predictable. They are going to have to work very hard to hold my interest on this one. I see Ian as a throw-away character...especially if Paul is Dylan's real father. No need to have Ian pop in and out of GC without that paternal connection. They can kill him off for a ratings bump during the sweeps.

Something Victor said last month made think they are going to have Phyllis be Mariahs mother. He was talking to someone on the phone saying "going to her mother is impossible" or something like that. I dont care who will kill Ian, I just hope they have a parade and throw a big party after words!

It is predictable. IMO Victor is far more evil and harmful than Ian could ever be. However, Victor always wins, and he can murder as he did with Walter Palin and get away with it. So, Ian will mostly likely be dead and Victor could very well be the cause. I like Ian being in GC. I would so enjoy seeing him destroy Victor. But as a forever viewer, I know in the 34 years the despicable character Victor has been here, he always gets his way. He is old school imo so shallow, never ever changing. I have never seen a character more disrespectful cruel and destructive. I wish he would be gone, but as his the old devil says it is not going to happen. LOL Well, at least his many fans are pleased.
