Her decisions are all over the place. There is no consistency (except in bad decision making) & she doesn't understand that one if the great strengths in the show is the cast & that the viewers are incredibly loyal & don't want to see new actors playing those roles.

I have to agree. The characters themselves are written with very little consistency and then when they change the actor or actress playing the character every year or age them constantly it gets almost impossible to follow a storyline. I don't watch Abby at all anymore. She is so far removed from the girl who loved Brad and mourned Colleen I don't know her. I can't see her as Ashley's daughter. It just doesn't work for me. Billy is being changed yet again and Adam will have changed three times. But what bothers me the most is that when the new actors play the character the writers seem to change the character and before you know it there is someone on the screen I don't know, haven't gotten the chance to decide if I like and who doesn't work with the other characters in the scene. By the time I get accustomed to the change...it changes yet again.

I'm not certain at all what the game plan is but whatever is being done to achieve the big picture isn't working. I have been FFing so many storylines I'm beginning to lose continuity. What I do watch is predictable. This once great show...no matter who one's favorites to love or hate were...is becoming boring.

I'd take anything else. Being angry about storyline is a lot more interesting than being bored.
